Memorial Day Weekend Outings

"You have the brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You're on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the one who'll decide where to go..."  Dr. Seuss, Oh, The Places You'll Go

The holiday weekend is just around the corner, have you decided where to go?  We have a few ideas for you just minutes from Portland!

Hermit Island

Needless to say we love this place and have confirmed that they have plenty of spaces available over the Memorial Day Weekend. Just 65 minutes from Portland, it feels like a world away. The mostly undisturbed island has wildlife, quiet trails, and hidden beach areas to explore and enjoy. The weekend also features pre-summer pricing on their sites ($43/night).
